Description
Powder coatings are thermosetting paints, which means that due to the action of heat, it irreversibly changes into a very hard adherent plastic material, with a high index of resistivity to most chemical agents, thus providing coatings of great quality in a single layer, which can be shiny, satin, matte, textured, granite, transparent, metallic etc. Its physical composition is 100% dry extract, which can be applied by various electrostatic processes, on different supports (metal, glass, ceramics, etc.), followed by a determined stuffing. Losses can be minimal, depending on the installation process and working methods used. The scope of its industrial use is quite large, such as: metallic furniture; lighting; automotive industry and its components; aluminum frames; construction; shelving; agricultural implements; signaling; machinery; ceramics; glass bottles and jars; wood agglomerates (MDF); false ceilings; acoustic panels; metallic tubing; metallic wire; pre-lacquered sheet (coil coating); metal doors and satellite dishes.
